This was my first time using Your Mechanic to have work done on my car, and it was a really great experience overall. Alex did an excellent job on my car, and worked efficiently to get the job done ahead of the projected time. He thoroughly explained any issues with my car, as well as, details about the repairs he made and possible future maintenance. Alex was very polite, honest, professional, and knowledgable, and I would definitely use him again for any future repairs to my car and would recommend him to a friend!

Andrew was on-time, professional, and very courteous. He explained to me what was done and showed me the reasons of what work was important to have done. I am not one to recommend : I would definitely recommend Andrew.

Jeffrey is a very attentive mechanic. He treated me with the utmost respect while also giving his full attention to learn what I was experiencing wrong with my car. And then implemented his diagnostic attention to my vehicle and from what I was witnessing he was very deliberate in spending the time needed in order to find what appeared to be the big problem causing my vehicle issue. Every time I get a mechanic that comes out from your mechanic with the level of customer service and knowledge that Jeffrey showed me. Always seems to make the appointment more of an enjoyable and peaceful time versus the time being a bad and painful time. Even when I would be getting told bad news it's been done in a way where it doesn't seem to be offencive but more like with the attitude of - okay I understand that is a big deal but thank you for letting me know. I would recommend Jeffrey as a mechanic to call upon 4 any type of vehicle related issue because he is just that focused on customer service and showing the customer an awesome time.
