I had a phenomenal experience with Matt! I was skeptical about using a mobile repair service, but Matt really put me at ease! He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and he "oozed" integrity, which are characteristics that I look for in a mechanic! He did the diagnostic, took pics of the problem area, which were shown to me, and he had additional recommendations that didn't require my immediate attention. I appreciated his honesty in this area! In between the time of the original diagnostic that was done & the time of the actual repair, 2 days later, I had additional questions for Matt and no matter how many times that I texted him, he always responded back to me within 10 minutes! There was another issue that was identified that he wasn't quite familier with involving my steering column, and he put in additional time to research the issue and he provided me with a very reasonable repair estimate.
