He came on time is very respectful and professional and knows his stuff. he immediately attacked the problem and found the codes that showed the oxygen sensor. He also did a test drive and found one injector leaking and incorrectly installed by a previous mechanic. Above all he has a pleasant personality and is very down to earth and has no problem explaining in easy terms all the problems. To me the easy and pleasant attitude and manners are very important. I will definitely use him again and would recommend to anyone.
