We've used YourMechanic with Joseph as our technician on every service we've done since moving to Utah. He's timely, fast, efficient, and exceedingly knowledgeable. If you want to learn how things are done, he lets you pick his brain and even watch as he does the service. When he did an earlier service (a transmission flush) I watched the whole time and he answered my questions as they came up. Jeffrey is a very attentive mechanic. He treated me with the utmost respect while also giving his full attention to learn what I was experiencing wrong with my car. And then implemented his diagnostic attention to my vehicle and from what I was witnessing he was very deliberate in spending the time needed in order to find what appeared to be the big problem causing my vehicle issue. Every time I get a mechanic that comes out from your mechanic with the level of customer service and knowledge that Jeffrey showed me. Always seems to make the appointment more of an enjoyable and peaceful time versus the time being a bad and painful time.
