Paul was very professional, arrived on time, noticed that a better battery was available for our car (which also saved us money) and he quickly went and picked up new battery and had it installed in a flash (everything complete in roughly 45 minutes, including picking up the new battery). Paul gave us a lot of confidence we had the right person working on our car and he was very nice and explained all that he was doing. Highly recommend - hope to have Paul again on my next job!

Thanks John. I hope that we don't experience the same problem later. I will let you know. Yesterday I disconnected the battery and took it to Auto zone. It was fine as you identified. But the car wouldn't start. Thought it was the starter. Well thanks for now. If I have another problem with the car, can I request you again? Nicki Jones
