One word: Awesome. Joe was cordial, nice, had great communication and provided an excellent service. I will be using Joe again and recommending him to friends and family.

Scott was friendly, punctual, knew his stuff, and got the job done within 40 minutes or so. The bill was paid with my agency credit card and when the Executive Director looked at the bill, he called immediately asking for Scott's card or contact information and said it was a smokin' deal. I gave my boss the card so Scott, be prepared for some more business.

Genaro is prepared, punctual, knowledgeable, experienced and capable. He has worked on my car several times now, and even when yourmechanic.com gave him the wrong part (not his fault-- the alternator plug was wrong), he went out of his way to communicate with me as far as scheduling to come back the next day (it was already after 4pm, so there wasn't any more that could be done the same day). He is receptive to what I tell him I think is going on with the car, but I am grateful that he always uses his own judgement and doesn't take my anecdotes as evidence.
