2006 Honda Element 115,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

David was on time and very professional. He immediately got to work and was doe within an hour! He talked me through some of the other issues my car has been having and I felt comfortable with booking a second appointment. I hate going to the auto shops for repair. I usually feel taken advantage of because I don't understand what they are doing, David explained everything without "man-splaining" and that in itself is a true skill.

Wow! I was not ready for Matthew. My expectations were low. Instead a well groomed man arrived at my house on time. He knew about my vehicle which is a Honda Element. He was prepared and had the correct tools which were clean and in good condition. He worked fast and yet took the time to keep me assured that he was knowledgeable about my vehicle. The part he brought looked good and was new not rebuilt. His tools were professional quality especially his lightweight jack that he took from the trunk of his car. He spent 15 minutes running through tests to verify that the part he was to replace was no longer working. He was there to fix the car not change out the part. With the car working he did not push for a tip. I have rescheduled him to come back and do additional work through his company. He did not try to go around his company for the additional work. What a professional. He wants this new company to succeed and I do also.
