The one downside is he did not show up at 8:30 like the appt said he would. Not sure why he was late he could of been picking up the part he needed for our car, just glad he showed up at all. I had booked an appt the day before and no one showed up. No text no call but an email that went to my junk box in email. They should call to make sure the client is aware
