Deane was friendly & helpful. By mistake, I'd requested front brake pads replaced when it was the back brake pads that were worn down. Deane cheerfully returned to the store to get the correct parts & returned after another appt to finish the job. I rate him highly.

Simon is always patient and does repairs the right way. He has no problem working on "vintage" cars like mine that are 100% mechanical and 0% computer driven. It is increasingly hard to find mechanics who can service older cars, just like it is quite difficult finding replacement parts for such cars!
