Robert was so helpful! We had another service try to help last week that misdiagnosed the issue with our car, Robert explained what needed to be fixed and also did a general inspection over the rest of the vehicle. He was also prompt and efficient.

Walter was helpful and very nice to myself and my family. He also stayed until sundown to finish installing the battery. Unfortunately the battery still doesn't hold a charge and I don't know if a new AC Compressor will change that. The other suggested changes (to my wipers, etc.) make the cost too much for me to pay in the future. I might call to install the compressor (or alternator, if need be) but I'll have to have those done separately at a more payable cost. My dealings with the GMC dealer were always way too expensive and time consuming, and that's still the case. Still, I thank Walter for the time and effort to fix the problem, as it means a lot to me and my family.
