Lucas arrived better than on time, diagnosed and (unfortunately) agreed with my guess that the alternator needed to be replaced. I absolutely love the concept of the mechanic coming to my home and fixing my car ! No tow bill and actually knowing who's working on it. I love the updates with texts and emails and knowing when he's on his way. Michael did an awesome job of fixing my car, it seems to run even better than before I had the problem.
