Patrick texted and arrived early for the appointment. Put the vehicle on the machine and gave me results in less than 30 minutes. He explained the problem and the parts and procedure to get it corrected. He was very thorough with his explanation.

Chris was able to arrive early and get on with providing an excellent service and replaced the water pump by tackling the issues that an older well worn piece of equipment can create due to age. The old pump was difficult to extract but Chris used all his knowledge and patience to persevere and remove the old pump and then installed the new pump and cleanup like a true professional. The job is complete and my car is back to performing normal in that area of operation. Thank you Chris !

I have never used the words mechanic and teacher in the same sentence before. But that’s exactly what Peter is! He answered the million questions I had for him about the a/c system and the process he was doing. It was the best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic before!
