2001 Ford Ranger 81,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

First timer w this service..seems much better and safer than using Craigslist. There was a glitch w website that allowed mech to be scheduled the next day..but then was notified on day of appt he was already booked up.."your Mechanic " is suppose to give him 24 hrs notice..at any rate Joe called and explained.. he came out next bz day and completed the work..takes pics of part etc..has detailed bill..didn't have to be there w cash like Craigslist guys.Would use them again..

We could not have asked for a better experience! Gustavo arrived early. He was friendly and personable from the moment we said hello and shook hands. He did the 50 point inspection with my husband and son observing. He did not mind them being there at all. He was honest with us and explained everything that needed to be done and how soon each thing should be done. We are definitely going to have him take care of these things for us soon. I highly recommend Your Mechanic, especially for Seniors and those who just don't have the time to go sit at a service center. I am so grateful that Gustavo was assigned to us! I cannot say enough good things about him, his expertise, his service and the way he treated us! We are really happy and look forward to him fixing our truck soon.
