We could not have asked for a better experience! Gustavo arrived early. He was friendly and personable from the moment we said hello and shook hands. He did the 50 point inspection with my husband and son observing. He did not mind them being there at all. He was honest with us and explained everything that needed to be done and how soon each thing should be done. We are definitely going to have him take care of these things for us soon. I highly recommend Your Mechanic, especially for Seniors and those who just don't have the time to go sit at a service center. I am so grateful that Gustavo was assigned to us! I cannot say enough good things about him, his expertise, his service and the way he treated us! We are really happy and look forward to him fixing our truck soon.

Andres was friendly, professional and competent. He methodically diagnosed the electrical problem - the seat adjustment connection was stuck in the on position - and he was happy when he did so. I asked him many questions and he was supportive and knowledgeable. What a great service .

Jose was great, didn’t take long to find the problem. The rest of the company, however, is complete garbage, waste of time & money. 10/10 would not recommend.
