2010 Ford Focus 82,500 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I am from Kansas City MO. Staying at intown suites in Newport News VA for a couple of weeks. I was ready to go to Virginia Beach when my car wouldn't start. I was devastated . I looked up mobile mechanic . Made appointment with Matthew and that evening When I met him and he did the inspection. I knew then everything was going to be alright. I am a female and he didn't talk down to me like past experience with other mechanics and yet explained everything to me so i would understand . Matthew communicated with me every step of the way. I never had to wait on him he was on time. Professional and very knowledgeable. He got me back on the road again and even suggested a beach and a Mall to visit . (Loved the beach and the mall) The price to get my car fixed was much lower than I could have imagined. When he quoted me for the job it did not change. I didn't need a tow truck it was all done right where i was staying. I have been spreading the word because to me this is the best mechanic you could ever ask for. If you need a mechanic I recommend Matthew. Not only did I meet a good mechanic I made a new friend .

Gregory explains the issues and options for jobs and has always been helpful. Very pleasant to work with.

This marine is tough reviewer but He Called ahead and to see if he could arrive early (3 hours plus early ) and I said yes huge plus ! He was very very helpfully , very detail in explaining the situation. I would recommend him to anyone !! He did everything and beyond to help out. Top notch in my book
