2006 Ford F-350 Super Duty 52,500 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Ben arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment, which was a plus. Took his pictures and went to work installing my starter. I was missing some bolts but luckily he had a few spares that he used for me. In and out within an hour and a half. He even found a problem they I had no idea of. I hope he is available next time I need mechanical work done.

The work and service were outstanding, prompt and way beyond what could reasonably be expected. Based on the information provided on the trouble ticket , it appeared to require replacement of the starter. Jonathan physically checked the problem and discovered that the bolt’s of the starter were loose causing the gear to engage into the flywheel. He tightened the bolts and the problem was resolved in 30 minutes. Thank you Jonathan for the excellent service.

Gabriel was fantastic! He found our problem right away (who knew that our new key had to be aligned with the car's computer, or the anti-theft device would kick in and stop the flow of gasoline!)) And here, we almost sold the car to CarMax for scrap because it wasn't working! He fixed it immediately, with only the initial diagnostic cost! Thank you Gabriel and Your Mechanic!!!!!
