Chris is an experienced mechanic . He is a great communicator and very nice person to deal with . My experience was great dealing with him and I recommend him and will be using him for any future repairs .

What can I say about Mr. Brown... He texted me requesting permission to arrive for the appointment early, which was awesome of him. Once he arrived early, and we introduced ourselves, I immediately knew he was a consummate professional based on how he carried himself- polite, courteous, well-spoken, professional, and sincere. Please keep in mind, I am an excellent judge of character, not easily fooled by disingenuous people, which Nick absolutely WAS NOT! I also found his attire to be "fresher than a coat of wet paint." Don't get me wrong, he was not wearing a suit, but he did have a fresh/new set of mechanics coveralls on, and it was obvious he wanted to give his clients the right impression, which he absolutely did. I knew the work I asked Nick to perform was going to be slightly difficult, but Nick executed it flawlessly, and in an efficient manner as far as timing was concerned. He did not leave my vehicle a mess as 99.99% of auto mechanics do. I know about cars, and how to properly repair them, so once the job was completed I engaged Nick in a little "shop talk" to judge his knowledge, needless to say, he passed with flying colors! The bottom line regarding Nick is- We should consider ourselves fortunate to have such a trustworthy, professional, highly-skilled mechanic performing work on our vehicles!
