Duy was assigned to our repair order and was hired to replace a radiator, hoses, overflow reservoir and thermostat. He showed up with an assistant and they were able to do all the work in an hour and a half which we thought was very fast. All looked good, however, he didn’t tighten a fitting and our truck couldn’t be driven until it was properly fixed. He failed to return texts and did not show for an appointment so we opened a claim with Your Mechanic and they sent another tech who diagnosed and fixed it quickly at no cost to us. Hi his work seems good but, I knocked off a couple stars for his sloppiness and failure to double check his work.
