Showed up on time (actually early). Listened to me explain problem & my diagnosis of what it could be. Assessed the situation by going through the diagnostics step by step until problem was determined. Then sent me a quote via email / text message even though I was right there. I was given the option to schedule the repair after he picked up the part or schedule for another day. Scheduled repair for after he picked up part & let me know every step of the way where he was & when he would be back. I had to go off to work but the repair was made while at work in my driveway. After he completed the job, I was notified he took it for a test drive & my vehicle was working again. Loved it!
