2006 Ford Explorer 130,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

This way my first time using the Your Mechanic service, and I found it to be a very good service. My concern was that my car was overheating and Jay spent a good amount of time checking out the condition of my car. He not only explained to me what he found, he also showed me with photos of the readings of his diagnostic equipment. He performed good performance tests, plus, when he was finished, he was very pleasant to talk to and shared a lot of good information.

Duane was fantastic; seriously. Quick, efficient, professional and friendly! Who knew! Also, you can learn a lot about someone by how they treat your kids; I got pulled into a call (I work from home) and our 10 year-old "escaped" and went outside and peppered Duane with all sort of questions about cars and tools and everything and Duane was simply wonderful with him. We've already requested Duane to come back and do some work for us on one of our other cars.
