2000 Ford Excursion 5,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Robert has done it again. My Ford had become possessed, stating on it's own and blowing the starter. Robert came out to run a diagnostic and found that a exposed wire was hitting the battery. This caused the starter to continually crank and blew it out.

My Mechanic Kenneth is a great mechanical engineer Car tech. He has always demonstrated his professional skills in a manner that puts him above most mechanical engineer,that worked for me in the past. I really can't say enough about Mr Kenneth,only that when my Two vehicle need Fixing, I will call on him too come and take care of my cars. Had my first appt. through, yourmachanic.com, With Mr Arturo L, I think all went well with The service he preformed on my truck, left no mess, cleaned area being worked on before placing new parts back on vehicle, very easy to talk with about any issues with vehicle, and learned a few things about my vehicle, also he was able to fix a tough repair in the time allotted, I do have another issue that will need attention soon, and Mr Arturo told me some things I could check myself to narrow down what the problem (appreciate that) Could be before setting up another appointment (could only due one at a time), thank you Arturo.
