Peter was very knowledgeable and professional. His service was excellent and he completed the job in a quick and professional manor. he explained what other work I needed on my vehicle and made the recommendations for me ( which was very helpful because I would have never known what to look for) , I am currently waiting on the quote from the Your Mechanic website. He got my repair done in just an hour, when I had been quoted 4 hours of labor at the dealership! He explained to me exactly why there was such a cost and time difference between him and the dealership; the dealership gets the part (it comes assembled), separates it into the top and bottom, then charges for the labor of separating it, putting it back together, and installing it! I absolutely appreciate his honestly and fast work!!!

We could not have asked for a better experience! Gustavo arrived early. He was friendly and personable from the moment we said hello and shook hands. He did the 50 point inspection with my husband and son observing. He did not mind them being there at all. He was honest with us and explained everything that needed to be done and how soon each thing should be done. We are definitely going to have him take care of these things for us soon.
