Patrick was wonderful - he took the time to explain my truck issues in a very understandable manner and offered lots of extra information that was very useful to me. I felt very confident leaving work that afternoon for a 50-mile drive home. He was also very honest by telling me my truck did not have the problem I thought it did & in fact the truck needed no repairs at all. He was very prompt & polite as well. We could not have asked for a better experience! Gustavo arrived early. He was friendly and personable from the moment we said hello and shook hands. He did the 50 point inspection with my husband and son observing. He did not mind them being there at all. He was honest with us and explained everything that needed to be done and how soon each thing should be done. We are definitely going to have him take care of these things for us soon.
