He did the 50 point inspection with my husband and son observing. He did not mind them being there at all. Jeffrey was very efficient and knowledgeable and willingly shared helpful information about the vehicle. It was a rainy day whiched caused him to be a little late for the appointment but he communicated that well in advance so I could use that time instead of just waiting around for him.
