1996 Ford Aspire 6,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Each time I've used the service, technician has been very accommodating in explaining things to me. This time it was a warranty replacement and was handled in a timely manner. Awesome

Travis did a great job! The problem with my car was a bit mysterious and had completely stumped another mechanic we hired but Travis was determined to throw everything he had at it until he figured it out and fixed the problem. He's also honest. He bought a part for my car that turned out to be unnecessary and was very clear that he wouldn't be charging me for it. He spent 3 hours working on my car and only charged me for 1 1/2 hours labor. He never left or took a break the whole time he was working on my car. I will definitely be calling Travis the next time my old Ford breaks down!

Bill did a thorough job and even took the time to walk me; a Mechanical Engineer; through the diagnosis. I am very impressed with his work ethic and diligence.
