Peter was very professional and friendly - like many of us, I've had mixed experiences with mechanics in the past who try to hike up the price or talk down to you for not being an expert with your car, but this was the opposite of my experience with Peter! He was very friendly and informative the whole way through. My car was not starting after already having the battery replaced, and he went through many diagnostics to figure out what the problem was, which ended up being a faulty sensor, something I never would have guessed. He reset the car's computer and quickly got the engine running again, and recommended some follow-up repairs but did not try to upsell me on them - my car is 10 years old so some additional work is to be expected. Overall great experience with Peter, and I will definitely consider him first for my next repair!
