Stacy notified us when he was heading to our home. When Stacy arrived, he was very friendly and professional and listened to the issues we were having with our vehicle. He quickly diagnosed the problem and put a new alternator in our vehicle. He worked quickly and was very knowledgeable. He even went as far as to offer to diagnose another vehicle at our home (for free) that we were having issues with. We were hesitant about using this service since this was our first time, however, this will be our new method of service for our vehicles. We would highly recommend Stacy and we will definitely be hiring Stacy again for any future mechanic issues!!!

After wasting almost 10 days trying to get my old starter replaced, I took a shot in the dark and tried Your Mechanic. Great experience from beginning to end. Brian exemplified what "customer service" really means. Kept me posted regarding possible delays based on the ridiculous rainy weather and unforeseen circumstances with prior jobs, which I completely understand having been in the service industry for over 35 years myself. He arrived, worked efficiently, and got me up and running in no time. Wish I had done this days earlier. Will definitely go to him for help on all of the 4 family vehicles.
