Sean arrived early and was super friendly to me and my dog. He discovered the problem he was booked to fix was a symptom of a larger issue that wasnt really fixable while working on the street outside my house. I’m glad there’s a mechanic service that does house calls because I could have ruined my car if I tried driving it to my regular mechanic! Sean pointed out the issue on the engine and educated me about it, including the exact wording to tell the shop. He was honest, helpful, and kind and I had a great experience even with the surprise diagnosis.
