Ben replaced my A/C compressor and a couple related parts. Very satisfied with the job he did. He received an incorrect address, so was unable to make it on time, but still managed to complete the work within the online time estimate. Matthew shook my hand right away upon meeting me. I told him a little about what happened to the car based on my knowledge and just what I heard when driving it. He understood completely. He didn't chastise me about not taking care of the car (I've had a mechanic do this). He was very courteous and once he said he used to work for GM I knew he was the guy to work on my vehicle.
