1993 Chevrolet K3500 95,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

First time I've used Your Mechanic and it was a great experience. I noticed a coolant leak late on a Saturday and thought I would have to park the car and then take it in for service early on Monday, before work. I wasn't looking forward to the Monday rush, plus the inconvenience of waiting in line and taking a shuttle to work. I checked the internet to find a mechanic that worked on Sunday and was surprised to find Chris was available. He showed up at my home ahead of schedule, confirmed my inspection, and managed to complete the radiator hose replacement the same day. Needless to say, it was the most convenient auto service I've ever had. The car never left my garage! Chris did a great job.

I have to tell you that Joe is a good mechanic, He came out to service my vehicle for a diagnostic test because of check engine light was on. He showed up exactly on time, lol his phone call woke me up.so I was late. He diagnosed the problem after doing a safety inspection. I found out that it was an O2 sensor down stream, he is coming back on Thursday to repair and also doing my break switch that was showing needed to be replaced also. I found Joe was fair and honest, he didn't think getting my break switch was necessary as I don't use cruise control after telling him, check engine only goes on during City driving vs Highway driving, I said thank you for honesty, but I am getting that repaired as well. i found him very professional, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with. THANK YOU JOE!!! after thought he didn't try and sell me unecessary parts and his diagnostic testing matched one I had with another diagnostic test.

Tim was exceptional probably one of the best mechanics I've ever had work on my vehicle. I don't think I'll ever use a mechanics shop ever again. Meinike wanted to charge me $1100 to fix my stearing box. The stearing box wasn't even the issue. the upper control arms and ball joints were both out. Tim Was able to fix the issue for about half of what the shops would have charged me. Yeah for Yourmechanic.com
