2013 BMW X5 150,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Rusty was very prompt on arrival and very thorough with his inspection. I took my car to a different mechanic before rusty, they told me that my window motor was out (it was the window regulator first), wasted so much money on parts... I found out I didn't need. Rusty figured out after installing the window motor, that the problem was actually the switch. He at least was able to get the window up for me. I will definitely use him again. Thank you Rusty!!

Jay showed up right on schedule and started to work, right away. He scanned the car trouble codes and knew exactly what needed to be done. As if he owned the car. Very friendly, knowledgeable personality, which is such a relief to come from a car mechanic. Jay answered all the questions that I had asked... I definitely would recommend Jay to anyone that needs work on their cars... in fact, I wouldn’t want anyone else working on mine!

Greg was running a bit late due to business being busy but he comunicated with me very well, and let me know where he currently was and what time to expect him. Also he went above and beyond by showing me some small things that I could do myself to make my older BMW run excellent. Thanks Greg, appreciate your passion for your job
