My first time using this service and you're not sure how yur experience will be. Let me tell you Dan was great. Very friendly and actually was early for the appointment! He changed my rear brakes and explained everything. After finishing the job and test driving my car, he even diagnosed another issue I had been having, which had been previously detected at another shop. I'll definitely be calling on him again!

Kenneth was extremely knowledgeable. He correctly diagnosed my vehicle by actually going under the hood, removing a section and running some sort of test that told him exactly what the problem was. He also arrived 15 minutes early and had prepared for the visit by contacting me the day prior to get further clarification.

Amazing tech and great overall person. He really went out of his way to make sure my car was in tip top shape. I messed up the appointment and mathew still made it work. Best bmw tech on the road!!! im will be booking again and telling anyone who needs a great tech!!!
