Chris was great but could not do the work. Your Mechanic should never booked the appointment. I spoke to a rep for assistance with the booking.
Chris couldn't do the work.
I have asked for my money refunded or at least since I received no service. I called and spoke with another representative and he said I would not get a refund. That is unfair. I would call on Chris again but I am very disappointed the company sent him out when they knew he couldn't do the work. Chris gets a 10 but your company is getting a zero, Jennifer Reed
