2008 Audi TT Quattro 15,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Chris inspected a 2008 Audi TT that I considered buying. He was incredibly thorough. I couldn't be there for the inspection, so he called me afterward and went through his notes, presenting everything impartially. He also described the salesman's responses to his comments. He told me what repairs I could expect to come up, how much they would cost, and, ultimately, how much the car was probably worth. He also addressed some specific concerns I had about that year and model. He did more than I expected, faster than I expected, and for less than I expected. My brake pad appt with Shawn was perfect. Professional, nice personality. The appt was for rear and front brake pad replacement. Rear pads and brake pad wear sensor were replaced. Brake light on the instrument panel went off due to broken brake pad wear sensor wire. Front pads not replaced due to specialty socket needed for front calipers. Technician did not have specialty socket to complete front pads. Shawn set up front pad replacement return date to complete front pads. Technician drove vehicle to ensure no issues before leaving. I droved the car. No issues found.

Jose not only replaced the belt but also gave the possible reason the belt slipped off the pulleys. I will be takig the car to my longtime mechanic for a permandnt solution.
