James had to reschedule for later in the day, but called with plenty of notice. He was polite and professional. It is clear that he knows what he's doing even if he doesn't have that much experience with my particular brand/model. His time and diagnosis were well worth the price of the service. I'm glad I chose it and glad that he came.

Theo was fantastic. He dug into my car's check-engine light issue and told me that I should take it to a dealership as it was a known issue and covered under an extended warranty by the manufacturer.

Kanstantsin always does a great job on my car. I appreciate that he comes to my work which is so convenient when you don't have normal work hours!! It was so considerate of him, once finished, to look over the rest of my car to see if there were other things that needed to be done in the near future.
