He didn't check all the things in the report, for instance, my tires are brand new. My biggest complaint was that he didn't do the battery system reset needed on modern cars. I had called YourMechanic specifically asking to have that done, as I could have changed the battery by myself with help from my son. He said that's not part of it, but that's not what I was told on the phone before I ordered. Other than that he was nice, and was thorough in his work that he did do. Not sure which this is: a YM problem or the mechanic problem. Thus this comment.

Jose was professional, courteous, reliable, and from what I can tell, a very good mechanic.
I needed to replace brakes on an Audi Q8 and Jose came out and identified that the brake sensors also needed replacing. The parts were ordered and he was rescheduled within a few days. Best part is the price for the job did not change.
He was concerned with doing the job correctly and making sure that my vehicle is working properly.
