I loved the experience with your mechanic (David). He was out to provide me with a diagnostic of leaking coolant. The tech was easy to talk to and very polite and professional. I had a lot of questions and he was nice enough to answer them and advise me of things to do to insure that all would properly work correctly and also sent me a breakdown/quote with what I needed in order to move to the next step. Ralph was scheduled on the first day of the recent big snow storm. We re-scheduled for when weather allowed, and Ralph kept in contact, and when the snow melted, he promptly contacted me to let me know that that he would be there when I requested. WE set up a time on Saturday, he showed up and finished the job. He even helped my wife carry some boxes to the car.
