James is a perfect gentleman and knows how to fix cars, especially since the doorhandle we need it has been discontinued. We were able to get a similar replacement and James made it work perfectly in record time

He was nice when I asked him annoying questions about his equipment and let me take pictures for my own future reference. I am interested in learning to fix parts of my own car and he taught me about how to check my tire tread the proper way. Sometimes mechanics do not really take the time to show you these things, especially if you are a female. I appreciate him taking the time to answer my questions and show me things. Learning something new is always priceless.
