Yuanzhe Jin was great. I am upset with yourmechanic.com. Ronald came to my house, put 10 quarts of oil in a vehicle that requires 8 1/2 quarts now my Range Rover Sport that now has over 2K worth of repairs for broken seals and oil leaks. I have a major engine problem and this sites warranty needs to cover every dime to fix my vehicle and refund my 170 I paid for an inspection. I am highly pissed and want results ASAP as I can't drive.

He was on time! He was very quick and was able to to fix my car in less than 30 min. I’d recommend him to anyone.

Was disappointed because he didn’t run test to see if alternator or start was affected by bad battery, talked knowledge but for over a hundred dollars something more could’ve been checked, it was no manual labor. But overall talked good about the battery, didn’t offer too much information I had to initiate the questions and he definitely didn’t oblige trying to see if other components were affected,
