My experience with Terry was excellent. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. Terry took his time to explain to me and my son ( who's car it is) what was wrong with car and showed us what needs to be done. Glad to have found an honest and patient mechanic!

Even though Terry was sent the wrong part twice. He was able to complete the job. He personally went to the dealership and ordered the correct part. Then had them overnight it so he could install it the next day. Way to go Terry thanks for a job well done!

He was courteous extremely kniwledgable and made it known that his presence was to assist in making the right decision. It was a bit frustrating having an appointment cancellation and then having Terry arrive 1.5 hours late for the make up appointment without great communication. However, the service, once he arrived was friendly and competent. We installed my O2 sensor quickly (I had trouble disconnecting the old one).. The car still wasn't running right and he gave me some advice for a couple more things to try to get it running right. He also helped me pull out a broken spark plug boot that was stuck in the valve. I love the fact that I can purchase my own parts and do my own work and get some assistance for a reasonable price. It's amazing how much money this saves. A shop, or if they buy your O2 sensor for you- you pay 250-400. But here i could buy a quality part online for 35 and get it installed for 75. And I like that they'll help teach me how to do my own work on the car.

Terry was extremely careless and downright destructive with my vehicle. He arrived at 7:00am, left at 9:45am saying he had a family emergency and would return in 1.5 hours but sent me a text 3 hours later to say he would be back on location in 15 minutes. At that point, he said he would be done before I returned home but he was still working when I returned nearly 2 hours later. At that point he told me I had the wrong part and it would not work with the rods. I asked him to install the original handles returning the car to a functioning state. He did the install (loosely on the driver's side). However, the existing handles that functioned prior to him starting the work now do not work. I cannot get into the car unless I enter from the back seat and climb over to the front seat. Terry did not tell me this and left me to find out on my own. He also did not leave until nearly or after 4pm. It was a simple door handle replacement. He botched the job by bending the rods of the door, removed panel fasteners from my trunk's lining to affix them to the door, scratched the door panels and both front tinted windows, and then told me that I had the wrong part when another mechanic verified that I indeed had the correct part for the job. Plus, he scratched the door handles. One of them has tool marks. I do not trust his point inspection and believe he botched something there too as the car was serviced the week prior. I do not trust this mechanic and would encourage anyone that uses him to watch him constantly holding him accountable. The only positive and reason for the 1 star (outside of the fact that at least 1 star is required) is that Terry arrived to the job on-time.

Mechanic arrived on June 17th and assessed my vehicle, advised what service it needed, and we agreed that he would return the next day. I booked him for 8 am on June 18. I received a call at 7:32 am from Terry stating he did not get the parts yesterday and the part store did not open until 9 am could he come at 1 pm. I had to alter my schedule as I had plans but getting my car repaired was more important than the plans. 1 pm no mechanic, 2 pm no mechanic, 3 pm no mechanic and no phone call., I decided to just call customer service and let them know what was going on. I reached a customer service rep by the name of Felix/ To add insult to injury Felix insinuated that the mechanic not showing up and not calling me to inform me he wasn't coming as miscommunication between myself and the mechanic. Unbelievable!!!! I did my part by booking the appointment, I was where I was supposed to be (home), and I even accommodated the mechanic by shifting my schedule.

He was about 3 hours late for my appointment. Apparently I woke him up when I made a comment on the appointment tab. When he did show up he did not knock on the door before beginning to look at the car. When my wife attempted to ask him questions he did not give any clear answers. All he was doing was replacing the starter, and now it grinds everytime I start the car, which it never did before. He stated that this is normal. I believe that it is only normal when it is installed wrong or old.
