Rasheed is very knowledgeable, he arrived on time and went right to work, he quickly ruled out fuses, relays and shorts/ problems with the electrical system. Ultimately determining the problem was the starter which need’s replaced. He was unable to replace the starter as it requires a lift.

Rasheed moved mountains to help diagnose our vehicle issue, unfortunately it did now solve the problem completely. As happens often in vehicle repair; if one thing fails, there is usually 1-3 more failures that follow close behind. We were very satisfied with his service though. Definitely gets my recommendation and we will use his services again.
