Richard arrived within the specified time frame for my appointment, which I appreciated. He worked on my car in the garage, and despite the hot day, was still friendly and took the time to explain the repair he was going to make. He finished the work within an hour...while I relaxed upstairs in my apartment. It was great! This is the first time I've used YourMechanic, and I was very impressed by the whole experience. Matter of fact he saved me money saying I could wait a little longer for brare pads. When do you ever leave spending less than the estimate? I felt taken care of.
