Paul installed rotors and pads on my 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe. He started and completed the job as scheduled. He even got rid of the old parts for me. I've done this work for 40 years on my cars but it's time to let someone younger take over. I could not have done the job any better than Paul.

Ive been a customer with YourMechanic for over 2 years now and i have been pretty satisfied with the services, however was very disappointed with this service in particular. The job was to check on the headlights and to change the windshield washer nozzle. appointment took 2 hr 10 min. The nozzle replaced was of low quality and the spray was all over the hood and not the windshield. I was expecting YourMechanic to be proactive enough to have gotten the nozzle as per the car model and the fact that the appointment was schedule a week in advance. All that i had to pay was for the labor and the job remains undone. To my surprise the online update shows the appointment was cancelled. Moreso i was told that the customer service looking into service issues are not open today. That contradicts to the website claiming 7 days a week availability. Disappointed,
