I have approximately 15 years of experience working as a technican, I began my professional career back in high school and graduated with honors with a degree in auto technology. I've worked with many different auto manufacturers in support and training roles, providing assistance to dealers and technicians over the years. Currently I work with a global construction equipment manufacturer providing international support and creating technical documentation. My focus is in providing quality work and using logical diagnostic practices to solve customer problems.
