I have a specialty in working on high-performance European cars, but am equally skilled with Domestic and Asian vehicles. Joshua was on time. He was very personable. The car started right up after he connected his jumper. I was told I should probably get a new battery, that it had drained because the map light was left on. I went to two different Auto Zone's and stopped by Walmart and no one would replace my battery because they said it was good. Both Auto zone's however tested my alternator, and both times it came up as a voltage regulator fail, although my diods were good. I'm a little confused as to why this issue was not found during inspection? I am grateful however that the car started and the battery charged back up so I could drive it to several places to find out the battery was not the end issue. That to me was worth Joshua's visit, and although I need to replace the alternator, that is the least of my concerns because a good running vehicle gives peace of mind.
