Dane was a nice fellow but could only complete one of the two items he identified during the initial vehicle inspection that needed fixed so the truck was safe to drive. I was not told he couldn't complete the entire job (rear brakes) until it was time to pay when he suggested I take the truck to a repair shop for the rear brakes. Had I known that beforehand I wouldn't have wasted my time only completing half the job and would have just went to a repair shop. Additionally, it took five (5) days start to finish to complete the 2 front struts.

I am thankful for finding Dane on YourMechanic. He showed up on time, knew exactly what was wrong and was able to fix my truck quickly and cheaper than a shop. There was some questionable work from a shop that I always suspected. I didn’t say anything. Dane was able to find it, and fix it correctly. He showed me every step and every new part, gasket installed, correctly!!! During the install, it started pouring. Dane waited it out, while it poured (most people would not, and I didn’t expect him to do this). I needed my truck and he made sure I was going to have it done correctly and safely. I will not go anywhere else. He is the mechanic, everyone should have on speed dial.
