I have no issue with the mechanic nice guy and explained why he couldn’t finish my job for me. However, this company is a rip off! The mechanic arrived to my home started the job and could only drain my oil and add a new plug. The oil filter clamp he had would not remove my filter due to it being tight on my vehicle. I was also supposed to have my rear brake pads replaced and my brake lines bled. I didn’t receive those services as they could not be done. I now have new oil with no new filter and still the same brake pads and the same brake fluid. I am irritated with this company because they charged me 224.48 just to remove my oil and add new oil with a new plug! When my case got reviewed I was told this is what they charge for their services and they would not refund me none of the money. I have no problem paying for the oil and the plug as it’s on my car but to pay almost 200 in labor is INSANE to me! I will NEVER use this company again! Please be aware they will do the same to you. DO NOT USE!
