Bounchanh kept very good communication with me making sure I was kept up to speed about my appointment. When he arrived he was very friendly and showed great attention to detail in making preliminary inspections and the necessary queries in making sure all my concerns were addressed and set proper expectations of potential issues with resolutions. I felt he went above and beyond in making sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle as well as giving time tables for necessary changes (i.e. brakes, rotors, leaks) This was my 2nd appointment with YourMechanic and again the service that was provided did not disappoint, After spectacular experiences like this one, I would highly recommend this service to everyone; it saves time, it's convenient, and provides the service of a professional mechanic to the comfort of your own home.
