Hello everyone! My name is Alvin and I am a long-time car fanatic that became an automotive technician out of a passion for all things automotive. I am a craftsman that takes pride in his work and have 10+ years of professional experience, and 10 years before that of person experience working on cars. I am a BMW-Certified Level 1/Master Technician and am a graduate of the prestigious BMW Service Technician Education Program (BMW STEP). I have served in different positions in various independent auto shops and within the BMW dealership network; everything from Apprentice Technician to Level 1/Master Technician to Shop Foreman to Operations Manager. While the core of my professional experience is in BMW's and European cars, I also have a wide range of experience in different car makes and models. Whatever your needs, I can fix it. I also hold a B.S. in Business Management from Baltimore University and have a passion for Customer Service and doing things right. Best experience with a mechanic I have ever had. Alvin is intelligent, knowledgeable, well prepared, very thorough and an absolute professional. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and the reasoning behind it, and made very practical recommendations. Everything at every step of the way was well document with photos and notes, so that it was easy for me to know what needed to be done moving forward. It's clear that Alvin is motivated by a sincere desire to help others, which can't be said for others who've worked on my car in the past. I trust his judgement with regard to my vehicle, implicitly. The best part was, when it was all said and done, the bill was very reasonable!

Alvin was very thorough in attempting to find our problem in a situation that was not cut and dry. He diligently worked until he was able to find an explanation for why the taillights worked intermittently. Great detective work. If it were not for his attention to detail he would not have discovered the problem. Great JOB!!
