We had some problems acquiring the correct parts, and when Chris arrived for his follow up visit, he was unable to complete the installation. But he did agree to make a second follow up once I had the proper parts. It took a few days to obtain the parts, since the dealer had to order them, but when they arrived, Chris slotted a revisit into his busy schedule and finished the job to my complete satisfaction. I will certainly book Chris again.

I made an appointment with Mark to fix spark plugs/cables issues caused by an earlier service. He showed me the old parts and explained what's involved. Then he replaced them with new parts, did a test drive, and asked me to do a test drive as well. The problem was solved completely and I'm very satisfied with his service and professionalism.

All about Spark Plug Replacement

The spark plugs are an important part of the ignition system. When you turn the ignition key (car's key) on, it causes the ignition coil to generate the spark which ignites the air-fuel mixture in the engine cylinders to start the engine. The number of spark plugs in the car is the same as the number of cylinders, although some vehicle manufacturers will use two spark plugs per cylinder. Over time, the spark plugs wear out and require replacement. When the spark plugs wear out, it is harder for it the air-fuel mixture to ignite, resulting in engine misfires. If one of the spark plugs has failed, the car will still start and run, but it will run poorly. On some vehicles, spark plug replacement may be labor intensive and involve removal of the intake plenum.
